Citizen Stewardship

A nonpartisan, citizen-created public proposal site for democratic renewal, practical reform, and civic responsibility.

Two public drafts, one civic purpose.

The site separates the ambitious long-range constitutional model from the more practical reform package so readers can judge each path on its own terms.

Proposal Two

Feasible Democratic Reform Proposal

A practical package for strengthening U.S. democracy without a complete constitutional rewrite, using federal law, state law, chamber rules, agency enforcement, interstate compacts, and targeted amendments where needed.

Nonpartisan by design

The proposals focus on fair rules, clean government, voting access, anti-corruption, civic education, and public accountability rather than party advantage.

Citizen-created

The material is written for public discussion and refinement. It is not official legal advice, a party platform, or a claim that hard reforms are easy.

Static and transparent

This build publishes pages and PDFs only. It does not add a backend, analytics, secrets, or online submission forms.

How to use this site

Start with the proposal that matches the question you want to answer. Proposal One asks what a deeper democratic renewal could look like if constitutional reform were on the table. Proposal Two asks what can be pursued inside the current structure.

Readers are encouraged to compare the assumptions, legal limits, citizen action paths, and implementation risks in both documents.

Public discussion path

  1. Read one or both proposal summaries.
  2. Open the full PDFs for details and source notes.
  3. Use the community and submit pages to prepare serious feedback.
